Transformation Class is our semi-private functional strength training experience, limited to just four members per session to ensure precision coaching and real progress. Designed to build lean muscle, increase strength, improve mobility, and enhance total-body function, this class blends intentional programming with individualized attention.

Exclusively available to Transformation Membership holders, this is where serious progress happens with structure, accountability, and expert guidance.

HIIT (High-Intensity Interval Training) is a fast-paced, full-body workout built around short bursts of high effort followed by controlled recovery. It challenges your cardiovascular system, muscular endurance, and mental resilience in one efficient session.

 

With consistency, you can expect improved stamina, increased fat loss, stronger muscles, better conditioning, and a noticeable boost in energy. Many members also experience enhanced metabolic efficiency, meaning you continue burning calories even after class ends. Over time, HIIT helps tighten, tone, and elevate overall performance, both inside and outside the gym.

Kickboxing Bootcamp is a high-energy, skill-driven conditioning class that combines heavy bag work with strength and cardio intervals. You’ll throw real punches and kicks on the bag while cycling through bodyweight and resistance exercises to build power, endurance, and total-body strength.

 

Expect serious calorie burn, improved coordination, stronger core engagement, and a major confidence boost. It’s athletic, empowering, and designed to help you lean out while feeling powerful in your body.

Core Strength Pilates Fusion is a controlled, low-impact strength class designed to sculpt and stabilize your entire midsection while improving posture, flexibility, and muscular control.

 

Blending Pilates principles with functional strength training, this class targets deep core muscles, glutes, hips, and stabilizers that support everyday movement.

Expect improved core definition, better balance, enhanced mobility, and reduced back discomfort. It’s intentional, alignment-focused work that builds long, lean strength from the inside out.

Yoga at Infinite Growth Club is intentional movement for strength, mobility, and nervous system balance. Our classes blend breathwork, alignment-based postures, and mindful flow to help you increase flexibility, improve joint health, and build functional strength without overwhelming your body.

Dancers Are Athletes is a high-energy cardio conditioning class built on powerful, repetitive dance sequences that drive your heart rate up and keep it there. This isn’t just choreography for fun, it’s athletic training disguised as rhythm.

Designed for all levels, the movements are layered and repeat-based so you can catch on quickly, build intensity, and maximize calorie burn. Expect improved endurance, coordination, lower-body strength, and a serious sweat session that feels more like a performance than a workout.

At Infinite Growth Club, the experience extends beyond scheduled workouts. Each month, we host intentional community-based events that support different dimensions of wellness and keep the energy dynamic.

Our bi-weekly running club builds endurance and shared accountability. Monthly drum circles create a rhythmic reset that helps release stress and reconnect with collective energy. Salsa socials blend coordination, cardio, and confidence in a fun, welcoming environment. Sound baths provide deep restoration and nervous system recovery. And themed yoga experiences like Emo Scream Yoga give members space for expression, emotional release, and creativity.

These gatherings create rhythm in the community calendar, giving members opportunities to train, connect, restore, and celebrate together throughout the month.

We offer private group classes and fully customized wellness experiences for businesses, corporations, birthday celebrations, bachelorette parties, and special events, tailoring each session to your group’s goals and energy.

 

Options can include yoga, HIIT, kickboxing, dance fitness, breathwork, meditation, or hybrid formats.

 

Our Wellness Floor is also available for private rental, providing a boutique, intentional space for workshops, gatherings, and curated experiences.

 

In addition, through our trusted network of licensed providers, we offer sound baths and massage therapy to enhance recovery, stress relief, and nervous system regulation.
