We offer a variety of yoga classes at our partnered studios, including: All Levels Hatha, Yoga Transformation, Weighted Yoga Strength,  & Heated Vinyasa. Our signature Yoga Transformation class is a 60-Minute class that incorporates meditation (dhyana), breath work (pranayama), and physical postures (asana). While our classes provide a physical workout, they also encourage inner peace and mental fortitude. We encourage our yoga students to find balance between challenge and harmony.

Our Youth Yoga Leadership Program is a 6-week immersive experience designed to help kids build confidence, develop mindfulness, and become leaders in their communities. Through a unique blend of yoga, fitness, breathwork, journaling, and service learning, children will gain the tools they need to grow physically, mentally, and emotionally.

WHAT TO EXPECT:

* Yoga & Fitness – Strengthen the body with fun, engaging movement. Some days will prioritize yoga asana while others prioritize age appropriate calisthenics and functional exercise.


* Mindfulness & Meditation – Improve focus, emotional balance, and self-awareness.


* Breathwork & Relaxation – Learn techniques to manage stress and stay calm.


* Journaling & Self-Reflection – Encourage creativity and goal setting.

 

* Leadership & Community Impact – Plan and execute a meaningful service project.

* Small Group Setting – Limited to 15 students per session for personalized attention.
