Our Yoga & Wellness Coaching Team

Our Yoga and Wellness Coaching Team is dedicated to helping clients build strength, mobility, and inner balance through intentional movement and restorative practices. Offering both individual and group yoga coaching, our instructors focus on alignment, breath integration, and progressive development so students can safely deepen their practice at any level.

In addition to yoga, our team guides meditation sessions and facilitates sound bowl healing experiences designed to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support emotional clarity. Whether you are seeking physical flexibility, mental focus, or deeper restoration, our wellness coaches provide structured, supportive guidance that integrates mind and body for lasting well-being.

Dr. Crystal Broussard

Clinical Focus: Hormone optimization, metabolic health, anti-aging and longevity medicine, peptide therapy, and cellular health support

Dr. Crystal Broussard’s medical journey was deeply shaped by her own personal transformation. A Texas native, she earned her undergraduate degree from Lamar University and her medical degree from The University of Texas–Houston before completing her residency training. After experiencing significant personal weight loss following the birth of her first child, she developed a focused commitment to medical weight management and metabolic care.

She is board-certified in Family Medicine and became a Fellow of the American Board of Obesity Medicine in 2012. Her work centers on physician-supervised, evidence-based weight loss programs designed for sustainable, long-term results rather than short-term fixes.

Dr. Broussard has been recognized nationally for her expertise, serving as a featured medical expert for The Pink Method, which appeared on Dr. Phil and The Doctors Show. She continues to provide clinical care through telemedicine and educational initiatives, while also mentoring medical students and residents in effective obesity treatment and metabolic health management.
